$55 per person – Two course (canapés, mains and sides OR main, sides and dessert)

$65 per person – Three course (canapés, main, sides and dessert)

A combination of canapés and grazing tables can be created for your cocktail style event.  The grazing menu creates a relaxed and comfortable environment where your guests can mingle inside and on the deck while enjoying an extensive array of fine food.  These grazing tables can be themed to suit your occasion (ie gourmet bbq, Asian style banquet, Seafood Sensation, Christmas feast).

Roast Duck red curry w/ steamed rice, coriander & shallots (GF)

Sticky Pork Salad w/ green paw paw, Asian herbs, daikon & iceberg (GF)
